Holiday Cheer

I have been wanting to make this cute little stocking for a long time and have had the template printed out on my desk but just wasn't motivated- I always picture the 3D items to be more time consuming but this one was super fast!! The template is from Papertrey Ink- it's a free one too!  This will be such a cute Holiday decoration to hold candies in!!

Happy Friday!!  I always look forward to sleeping in on Saturdays.

Then & Now

Here is a page I finished the other night of my good friends album.  I am so happy how it came out- I have been having issues finding the right paper for some of the older pictures (yeah I am a bit of a perfectionist) so I was super excited this pulled together for me.  The second page of the layout was based on a sketch 45 on the 52 sketches blog.
Thanks for stopping by!!

Supplies:  CTMH:  alpha, twill ribbon, and pp.  confessions kit (unity).  Heart die &  hph (su).

Krumping in the rain......

I barely squeezed this one in for the last week of the MFT So You think you can stamp challenge- this week was Krumping: bling it out and make it shout. My little raindrops have rhinestones on them and I thought these bright colors just shout out at ya LOL!!  I must say when thinking of Krumping this little sweetie is the LAST thing I would think of but I had to work with what I had :)

Sweet Friends (MTSC48)

Happy Tuesday!!  It's time for a fun Mercy sketch!!  This one was a bit of a challenge but I love how it came out- so fun to get out of the norm sometimes!!  Isn't this little girl the sweetest?!!  I just fell in love with her when I saw her released from MFT but trying to be good I didn't order it (yet lol) but my sweet friend, Lisa, shared with me :)  Thanks Lisa!!
My card base is a 8x8 piece of Chocolate Chip cardstock folded in half to make a 4x8 card.  I found this October Afternoon DP at one of my local scrappin' stores and it just shouted out to me and then jumped right in my basket!! Can you believe that?!! LOL

I wasn't feeling good Monday so didn't finish a sample for Mercy's sketch in time but I still wanted to play along. I got this digi stamp from Sweet n Sassy a while ago and haven't had a chance to use him. My dp is from SU SS kit- love these bright colors!

Mojo Sketch 111

I am such a slacker and almost forgot to upload this in time!!  This is using the Mojo sketch 111- flipped.  I was reading the kids the Dr Seuss book "The best nest"  the other day and so I had this set on my mind. :)   My base is so saffron and the dp is Cosmo cricket Earth love line- topped off with some yummy chocolate satin polka dot ribbon (PTI)!   Oh and the stamp set is bird watching from PTI!

OMG I think the weather heard me complaining about the cold weather and decided to send some BEAUTIFUL weather here!! It was 75 today and gorgeous and to top it off the Cincinnati Bengals kicked some butt today!!
